What camcorder will I get?

We’ll send over an easy to use Sony camcorder. We’ll include instructions, but if you need any additional help, you can always reach out to us.
When will my camcorder arrive?

We’ll ship out your camcorder 5-10 days in advance depending on your location.
I received the camera early, when does the rental period start?

You will receive the camera early, but the rental agreement will include clear dates on when your rental period officially starts and ends. This gives you time to get familiar with the camera and test it out before the big day.
Normal wear is expected, but major damage or loss may result in replacement fees outlined in the rental agreement. If the camera is sent back later than outlined, you will be charged a late fee of $25 each day until the camcorder is sent.

We include a shot checklist in each box!
You will use the prepaid shipping label inside the box to send it back. Once we receive it, we will send a confirmation email to let you know. You will have the raw shots within 48 hours, then your edited video within 2-3 weeks.
